Mom Life: Real Faith, Real Motherhood

Motherhood looks different in every season—but whether you’re chasing toddlers, juggling carpools, or navigating life with teenagers, Mom Life is a place for you.

Mom Life is a monthly gathering for moms who are actively raising children, from the toddler years all the way through the teen years. Right now, many of our moms bring little ones with them, so expect toys on the floor, snacks in hand, and a healthy amount of joyful chaos. If that sounds intimidating—don’t worry. We embrace it. This is real life, and real motherhood. And if your teens would like to come along and join the conversation, they are more than welcome.

Each month, we gather to grow in faith and community. Sometimes we work through a short series focused on a particular aspect of the Catholic faith—like our current study on the Jewish roots of Mary. Other times, the conversation naturally turns toward prayer, motherhood, and whatever the women in the room most need at that moment. Mom Life is less about having all the answers and more about walking together through faith and family life.

Mom Life meets on the second Saturday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the Catholic Center basement. To find us, simply come around to the back side of the Catholic Center and enter through the back door.

This group is open to women of all parishes and denominations. We especially invite our Catholic sisters from Mary’s Home and Our Lady of the Snows Parish to join us. While Mom Life is rooted in the Catholic faith and will reflect Catholic teaching, all women are welcome—whether you are Catholic, curious, or simply seeking fellowship and faith-centered conversation.

So bring your coffee, bring snacks, bring toys for the littles—and come as you are. Mom Life is a place to be encouraged, supported, and reminded that you are not alone in this beautiful, challenging vocation.

We’d love to have you join us. If you have questions, please reach out to the parish office: 573-392-5334.
